Responsible Hospitality Day is an annual conference focusing on sustainability in the hotel-, tourism- and food industry.
After receiving positive feedback and a "non-profit"-award for last year's "Responsible Hospitality Day 2017" at the Danish Events & Meetings Award in 2018, the initiative returned in August 2018.
This year's conference was held at Denmark's greenest hotel, Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers and revolved around UN's Sustainable Development Goals no 12 and 17. Both goals concern areas where the hospitality business can take the lead and help further sustainable solutions.
Inspiring speaks, best practice cases, debates, workshops, dialogue and a sustainable lunch made up the agenda.
The vision for Responsible Hospitality Day is creating a space for the industry to exchange perspectives and challenges and jointly reach new, innovative solutions.
